Safely store up to eighteen (18x) G/G2 high pressure gas cylinders in this gas bottle storage cage.
- Spill Crew heavy duty high pressure gas cylinder cage – zinc anneal steel construction.
- Two coat protective finish for outdoor use – epoxy powder undercoat with UV stabilised polyester powder topcoat (blue).
- Suitable for storing eighteen (18x) G / G2 high pressure gas cylinders (260mm diameter G or G2 size).
- High open area perforated side panels provide natural ventilation in accordance with Australian standards.
- Solid steel roof and floor.
- Doors are fitted with a magnetic latch and can be locked using the padlock lug (padlock not supplied).
- Forklift tyne channels underneath allow the cage (whilst empty) to be moved easily by forklift.
- Pre-drilled mounting holes allow the cage to be permanently fixed for added stability and security.
- High pressure gas bottle storage cage is fitted with cylinder chain restraints.
- A prepacked set of warning and safety signs is included – the cage can be set up for storing either Class 2.1 Flammable Gases or Class 2.2 Non-flammable Gases. (Flammable gas signs include a DANGER NO SMOKING NO IGNITION SOURCES sign and a FLAMMABLE GAS 2 dangerous goods diamond. | Non-flammable signage includes a NON FLAMMABLE NON TOXIC GAS 2 and an OXIDISING GAS 2 dangerous goods diamond.) Due to its size, this cage is supplied with a RESTRICTED AREA AUTHORISED PERSONNEL ONLY sign affixed (regardless of gas storage type).
- High pressure gas bottle storage cage complies with the requirements of AS4332-2004 – The storage and handling of gases in cylinders.

All our dangerous goods stores (gas and aerosol cages, indoor safety cabinets and outdoor dangerous goods stores) are designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia and have been developed to comply with their relevant Australian Standard.
Together with delivering superior quality and function, this also allows us to create custom-made DG stores quickly, efficiently and economically. If there’s something specific you need and can’t find it in our standard range, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.

Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been despatched, the estimated time frames are:
- Perth Metro (1-2 business days)
- Regional WA (3-4 business days)
- Interstate (5-10 business days)
Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
In the unusual event of a delay in the dispatch of your order, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.
Unfortunately, Heatleys cannot deliver internationally. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Addresses.
Heavy, Bulky and Over-sized Orders
Heavy, bulky or oversized orders must be sent via a courier and can incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size and weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. An alternate option is Click & Collect, where you can collect the item from any of our five Heatleys branches.
At the point of placing the order, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the delivery charge that would apply to any such orders. At this point, you are able to opt-out of the transaction, and we can provide a refund. We only have a smaller number of items that would be deemed as heavy, bulky, or oversized and our customer service team will do their best to accommodate you.
Heavy, bulky, or oversized orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect Addresses.
Home & Trade Customers
As a Heatleys Home & Trade customer, you will receive free delivery on all standard orders over $150*. This only applies if the delivery location is within the Perth Metro area. If your order is under $150 and/or delivery is outside of the Perth Metro area, then a standard $15 shipping fee will apply. For more information on Delivery and Shipping, click here.

Heatleys have a satisfaction-guaranteed policy, and we are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service.
