Returns & Refunds


Heatleys have a satisfaction guaranteed policy and we are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service. We understand that you may change your mind on the products you have purchased from us and we are more than happy for you to return them to any Heatleys store. We can issue you an item exchange, refund or store credit so when you are ready you can shop with us again, either online or in-store. 

 

To return a product firstly you must submit a Return Request form within 7 business days of the delivery date. Click here to sumbit you Returns form.  Items must be returned to Heatleys within 14 business days of the delivery date, unless otherwise agreed. The Returns request will not be approved until a Heatleys representative inspects the item(s) being returned.

 

Store credits can be redeemed either instore or online and are valid for 12 months from the approval date. Any credit that has not be used within this time frame will be removed from the account and deemed invalid. Items that have been lost or damaged in transit or damaged by the purchaser will not be accepted for a Return. 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

 

Heatleys pride themselves in providing our customers with quality safety and industrial products and are vigilant in our product testing and packing in our warehouse. However, sometimes items can be damaged or faulty and in that case we are more than happy for you to return them to any Heatleys store. Depending on if the faulty or damaged item(s) is deemed as minor or major we can get the item(s) repaired. Alternatively, we can issue you an item exchange, refund or store credit so when you are ready you can shop with us again, either online or in-store.

 

It is up to the purchaser to inspect all item(s) upon delivery to ensure the item(s) are not faulty or damaged.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, but the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

 

How do I make a Return request?

 

To request a Return follow these easy steps: 

 

Click here to submit your Return request form. 

 

Step 1:
Enter in the information of your order you wish to return. This will include: 

 

  • Order ID 
  • Billing Name 
  • Email Address 

Then click "continue". 

 

Step 2: 
Click "Return" below the order date and select which items and their quantities of which you would like to return. 

 

Step 3: 
Let us know if you would prefer an item exchange, refund or store credit. 

 

Step 4: 
Let us know the condition of the item(s) that you are returning. 

 

Step 5: 
Let us know why you are returning this item(s).

 

Step 6: 
Once you have filled out all required fields in the form, click Submit. 

 

When your Returns request has approved you will be notified when your refund has been applied to your nominated credit card.
