  1. How do I make a purchase on Heatleys.com.au?

     

    Step 1: 
    There are two ways to find your product on Heatleys.com.au. You can either navigate through our categories via the top menu or use the search bar and enter in the product name, code or brand. 

     

    Step 2: 
    Once you have found the product you wish to purchase your can Add to Cart. 

     

    Step 3:
    Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase, you can view these items in your Cart by clicking on the shopping trolley icon located in the top right corner of your screen. If happy to proceed, click on Checkout. 

     

    Step 4: 
    Enter in your shipping information and preferred shipping method. 

     

    Step5: 
    Select your preferred method of payment and enter any discount codes if applicable. 

     

    Step 6: 
    Once you have entered in all your information select Place Order. You will then receive an email confirming your order and providing you with your shipping information. 

     

  2. How do I pay for my order?

     

    We accept the following methods of payment for all online orders: 

     

    • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) 

     

    All payments are processed by a secure system, and as a result, Heatleys Safety & Industrials do not view your card details at any time. This level of security has been added for your protection, allowing a safe and worry-free internet shopping experience. 

     

    If paying via credit card, make sure your billing address matches the registered statement address of the card you are using, (the address at the top of your card bank statement). If you require your order to be delivered to a different address, make sure to amend the shipping address. 

     

    Once you are on the final checkout page and have checked your order details, click proceed to payment. You will then be redirected to the secure payment server and asked to make your payment. You will be sent a confirmation email, and your order will be processed for shipping. 

     

  3. What payment types do you accept?

    Heatleys guest and Home & Trade customers can pay via the following options: 

     

    • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) 

  4. Do I need to have an account before I place an order?

     

    No, you do not need to have an account to place an online order with Heatleys, as you can checkout as a guest. 

     

    However, if you have an ABN you can register for a Home & Trade account to receive exclusive offers and promotions on our products. To register for a Home & Trade account click here. 

     

  5. Where do you deliver to?

     

    Heatleys can deliver anywhere in Australia. 

     

    Unfortunately, we do not deliver internationally, and we do not, at this stage, deliver to PO boxes, locked bags, private bags, lockers, parcel lockers or collect addresses. 

     

  6. How long does delivery take?

     

    At Heatleys we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Estimated delivery times are: 

     

    • Perth Metro (1-2 business days) 

    • Regional WA (3-4 business days) 

    • Interstate (5-10 business days)

    Please note that delivery time frames are an estimate and not guaranteed. 

     

  7. Do you deliver internationally?

     

    No, unfortunately we do not deliver outside of Australia. However, if you contact one of our team members at 1800 HEATLEYS we can arrange to ship to your preferred local international shipping agent. 

     

  8. How much is delivery?

     

    Home & Trade Customers

    Heatleys offer free delivery on standard orders that are over $150, (applicable to the Perth Metro area only). Otherwise there is a set delivery cost of $15.00. 

    It is also free to collect your items from our Canning Vale branch via our Click & Collect service. 

    Large or bulky items will incur an additional fee for delivery. 

     

  9. Can I still get my items delivered if they are deemed as dangerous goods?

     

    Items are deemed as a dangerous goods if they are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or the environment. Some items deemed as dangerous goods can meet exemptions and be delivered if they meet certain conditions and are packed a specific way. 

    If your items cannot be delivered, you can collect your order from Heatleys main Distribution Centre located at 50 Vinnicombe Drive, Canning Vale, WA 6155.  

     

  10. How much is delivery for a heavy, bulky or over-sized order?

     

    Heavy, bulky and over-sized orders can incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size and weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. 

     

    Heavy, bulky and over-sized items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. 

     

  11. Can you deliver to an address that is different to my billing address?

     

    Yes, when you are at the Check Out stage of placing an order on Heatleys.com.au you are able to enter an alternative delivery address. 

     

    If you have a Home & Trade account with Heatleys you can log into your account and amend your delivery address there by clicking on Address Book in My Dashboard. 

     

  12. What is Click & Collect?

     

    Click & Collect is free service that Heatleys offer so you can avoid delivery wait times. When shopping with Heatleys online and asked for your preferred delivery method at the Checkout stage, select Click & Collect. You will then be able to collect your items from Heatleys main Distribution Centre located at 50 Vinnicombe Drive Canning Vale, WA 6155. 

     

  13. How do I make a return?

     

    To return a product firstly you must submit a Return Request form within 7 business days of the delivery date. Click here to sumbit you Returns form.  Items must be returned to Heatleys within 14 business days of the delivery date, unless otherwise agreed. The Returns request will not be approved until a Heatleys representative inspects the item(s) being returned.

     

    Store credits can be redeemed either in-store or online and are valid for 12 months from the approval date. Any credit that has not be used within this time frame will be removed from the account and deemed invalid. Items that have been lost or damaged in transit or damaged by the purchaser will not be accepted for a Return. 

     

  14. I have forgotten the password to my Home & Trade account.

     

    If you have forgotten the password to your Home & Trade account you can follow these steps to re-set your password. 

     

    1. Click on Login/Register on the top right hand corner of your screen. 

    2. Click on "Forgot Password" 

    3. Enter the email address you use to log in to your Home & Trade account and click "Reset my password." 

    4. You will then receive an email, follow the prompts to re-set your password. 

     

  15. I have received faulty or damaged items, what do I do?

     

    To return a faulty or damaged product firstly you must submit a Return Request form within 7 business days of the delivery date. Items must be returned to Heatleys within 14 business days of the delivery date, unless otherwise agreed. The Returns request will not be approved until a Heatleys representative inspects the item(s) being returned.

     

    Store credits can be redeemed either in-store or online and are valid for 12 months from the approval date. Any credit that has not been used within this time frame will be removed from the account and deemed invalid. Items that have been damaged by the purchaser will not be accepted for a Return. 

     

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensate for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, but the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

     

  16. How do I modify or cancel my online order?

    You can cancel or modify an online order only if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. 

     

    Please call our friendly team on 1800 HEATLEYS during business hours Monday - Friday and have your order number ready. 

     

    If you require to return an already despatched order, you may be able to do so if the goods are in the original working order and are resaleable in their original packaging. However, the customer will be responsible for the return freight and could incur a restocking fee from the supplier.
