Safely store up to 30 litres of dangerous goods in this Class 8 corrosive substances cabinet. It is ideal for storing small quantities of corrosive substances.
- This Spill Crew dangerous goods cabinet has been designed for indoor use of Class 8 corrosive substances.
- The durable external is double walled and made from zinc anneal steel (40mm thermal barrier) with a UV stabilised high gloss polyester protective powder finish (blue).
- All internal surfaces coated with highly durable chemically-resistant thermo-plastic powder applied to a minimum 100 micron DFT thickness for long-term protection in corrosive environments.
- This flexible and tough lining is abrasion and impact-resistant and meets the requirements of AS3780-2008 (Section 4.6.5).
- Shelves are perforated to permit free air movement in accordance with AS3780-2008 (Section 4.6.4 c).
- Cabinet includes vent ports with integral flash arrestors fitted on each side.
- This cabinet has one adjustable shelf and a fixed base shelf.
- An integral spill containment sump with drain and suspended perforated floor which allows for easy and safe cleaning.
- Single self closing door with adjustable hydraulic door closure and flush mount handle with key lock.
- Adjustable screw-in leveling feet for stability on uneven surfaces.
- Door features stainless steel pin continuous hinging for strength and reliability.
- Built-in grounding connector on outside panel for easy earthing if required.
- Includes clear, descriptive safety and warning signage applied in accordance with Australian Standards.
- Manufactured in Australia to comply with AS3780-2008, ‘The storage and handling of corrosive substances’.

All our dangerous goods stores (gas and aerosol cages, indoor safety cabinets and outdoor dangerous goods stores) are designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia and have been developed to comply with their relevant Australian Standard.
Together with delivering superior quality and function, this also allows us to create custom-made DG stores quickly, efficiently and economically. If there’s something specific you need and can’t find it in our standard range, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.

Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been despatched, the estimated time frames are:
- Perth Metro (1-2 business days)
- Regional WA (3-4 business days)
- Interstate (5-10 business days)

In the unusual event of a delay in the dispatch of your order, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.
Unfortunately, Heatleys cannot deliver internationally. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Addresses.
Heavy, Bulky and Over-sized Orders
Heavy, bulky or oversized orders must be sent via a courier and can incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size and weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. An alternate option is Click & Collect, where you can collect the item from any of our five Heatleys branches.
At the point of placing the order, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the delivery charge that would apply to any such orders. At this point, you are able to opt-out of the transaction, and we can provide a refund. We only have a smaller number of items that would be deemed as heavy, bulky, or oversized and our customer service team will do their best to accommodate you.
Heavy, bulky, or oversized orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect Addresses.
Home & Trade Customers
As a Heatleys Home & Trade customer, you will receive free delivery on all standard orders over $150*. This only applies if the delivery location is within the Perth Metro area. If your order is under $150 and/or delivery is outside of the Perth Metro area, then a standard $15 shipping fee will apply. For more information on Delivery and Shipping, click here.

Heatleys have a satisfaction-guaranteed policy, and we are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service.
