We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been despatched, the estimated time frames are:
- Perth Metro (1-2 business days)
- Regional WA (3-4 business days)
- Interstate (5-10 business days)

In the unusual event of a delay in the dispatch of your order, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.
Unfortunately, Heatleys cannot deliver internationally. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Addresses.
Heavy, Bulky and Over-sized Orders
Heavy, bulky or oversized orders must be sent via a courier and can incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size and weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. An alternate option is Click & Collect, where you can collect the item from any of our five Heatleys branches.
At the point of placing the order, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the delivery charge that would apply to any such orders. At this point, you are able to opt-out of the transaction, and we can provide a refund. We only have a smaller number of items that would be deemed as heavy, bulky, or oversized and our customer service team will do their best to accommodate you.
Heavy, bulky, or oversized orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect Addresses.
Home & Trade Customers
As a Heatleys Home & Trade customer, you will receive free delivery on all standard orders over $100*. This only applies if the delivery location is within the Perth Metro area. If your order is under $100 and/or delivery is outside of the Perth Metro area, then a standard $10 shipping fee will apply. For more information on Delivery and Shipping, click here.
Business Account Customers
Heatleys Business Account Customers will have specific delivery arrangements with their preferred freight providers. Contact your Account Manager for more information on our delivery arrangements.

Due to the unpredictable circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic please allow an additional 5 business days from the estimated delivery date to receive your items. Heatleys prioritise the health and well-being of our community therefore, most of our preferred courier services have implemented contactless delivery.
