Product Overview
High Power Output – the high power 40Vmax XGT Li-Ion battery allows for continuous operation in heavy-duty applications. Delivering 1,800Nm of fastening torque and 2,050Nm nut busting
Auto-stop Reverse System – 3 mode in both forward and reverse automatically adjust power and speed to optimise fastening to the task at hand. (Further detail on each mode provided on next page)
4 Speed Power Selection – 4 electronic speeds allow the user to adjust the power, speed and impact rate to suit the fastening application.
Compact Design – High torque but compact overall length for easy handling and control. TW001G is 12mm shorter in length with a 71% increase in power.
High Durability – advanced durability protection ensure the tool can run for longer in heavy duty applications. Whiles improvements have also been made to slider mechanism and gear shaft components to ensure long term durability
Rubber Joint Construction – the tool body is separated into the upper and lower housings at the foot of handle portion where the housing is connected with vibration absorbing cushion rubbers. This prevents the battery terminal from chattering or the battery rails from being worn out.
Full Speed Mode – Variable speed mode can be changed to full speed mode simply
by pushing a button. Because in full speed mode, the trigger travel is shorter than in
variable speed mode, the full speed is quickly reached, reducing hand and finger
fatigue from trigger pull.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been despatched, the estimated time frames are:

Unfortunately, Heatleys cannot deliver internationally. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Addresses.
Heavy, Bulky and Over-sized Orders
Heavy, bulky or oversized orders must be sent via a courier and can incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size and weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. An alternate option is Click & Collect, where you can collect the item from any of our five Heatleys branches.
At the point of placing the order, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the delivery charge that would apply to any such orders. At this point, you are able to opt-out of the transaction, and we can provide a refund. We only have a smaller number of items that would be deemed as heavy, bulky, or oversized and our customer service team will do their best to accommodate you.
Heavy, bulky, or oversized orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect Addresses.
Home & Trade Customers
As a Heatleys Home & Trade customer, you will receive free delivery on all standard orders over $150*. This only applies if the delivery location is within the Perth Metro area.
