Heatleys have a satisfaction guaranteed policy and we are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service. If you have received an item from us that is faulty or damaged we are more than happy to either replace the item up to or of the same value or issue a credit. 

It is up to the customers to inspect all items upon delivery to ensure items are not damaged or faulty. It damaged or faulty items are received we can replace that item or you can submit an application for a credit claim. 

Credit claims for damaged or faulty items must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. The damaged or faulty items must be returned to Heatleys within 14days of the delivery date, unless otherwise agreed. 

The request for the credit will not be approved until a representative from Heatleys has inspected the item(s) on which the credit is being claimed. 

Any credits not taken up within 12 months of the approved claimed will be deemed as no longer required and reversed off the account. 

We wil not accept items that have been damaged or altered by the purchaser.
