Heatleys Delivery Information

At Heatleys we want to make your online shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Our national footprint and partnership with industry leading logistics and courier services gives us the flexibility to

We aim to deliver cost-effective fulfillment solutions via the strategic network of our distribution centres, to ensure your safety and industrial consumables are delivered to your doorstep with care an in a timely manner. 

Delivery Locations & Timeframes

Heatleys can deliver anywhere in Australia. We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been despatched the estimated delivery timeframes is as follows:

  • Perth Metro (1-2 business days) 
  • Regional WA (3-4 business days) 
  • Interstate (5-10 business days) 

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. 


In the unusual event of a delay in the dispatch of your order you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. 

Unfortunately, Heatleys cannot deliver internationally. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Addresses. 

Delivery Costs

Heatleys offer free delivery for standard orders over $150. This only applies if the delivery location is within the Perth Metro area. Otherwise, there is a set delivery cost of $15.00.

Some large and bulky items will incur an additional delivery charge. Delivery to regional areas and interstate may also incur an additional delivery charge. 

Heavy, Bulky and Over-sized Orders

Heavy, bulky or over-sized orders must be sent via a courier and can incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size and weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. An alternate option is Click & Collect, where you can collect the item from any of our five Heatleys branches. 


At the point of placing the order, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the delivery charge that would apply to any such orders. At this point you are able to opt out of the transaction and we can provide a refund. We only have a smaller number of items that would be deemed as heavy, bulky, or over-sized and our customer service team will do their best to accommodate you. 


Heavy, bulky, or over-sized orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect Addresses. 

Dangerous Goods 

Items are deemed as dangerous goods if they are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or the environment. Some items deemed as dangerous goods can meet exemptions and be delivered if they meet certain conditions and are packed a specific way. 

If your items cannot be delivered you can collect your order from Heatleys main Distribution Centre located at 50 Vinnicombe Drive, Canning Vale WA 6155.  

COVID-19 Disclaimer

Due to the unpredictable circumstances of the COVID-19 Pandemic please allow an additional 5 business days from the estimated delivery date to receive your items. Heatleys prioritises the health and well-being of our community therefore most of our couriers have implemented contactless delivery which means you no longer need to sign for a parcel when delivered. 

Click & Collect 

Click & Collect is a free service that Heatleys offer so you can avoid wait times. It is a good option for customers who wish to shop online but do not want to wait for delivery times. 


How does Click & Collect work? 

If you would like to place an online order for Click & Collect, follow these simple steps. 


Step 1: 
Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase and they are in your Cart, click on Check Out. 


Step 2: 
Select Pick Up from Store as your preferred shipping method. 


Step 3: 
Select your preferred Heatleys store you wish to collect your order from. 


Step 4: 
Click on Proceed to Payment. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you letting you know that your order is ready for collection. 


Step 5: 
Bring your confirmation email and ID with you when you go to collect you order.
